We used Sean Roberts, owner of Clearwater Builders, for a total remodel on an older home originally built in 1964. Sean, and his team of designer and subcontractors, totally transformed this old home into a state of the art modern-mountain masterpiece. We could not be more pleased with the result! The floor plan was entirely reinvented and everything on the interior was remodeled and replaced including electrical, plumbing, structural supports, windows, flooring, cabinets, countertops and more. Sean has a very high standard of quality and maintained that level consistently throughout our project. He is a very knowledgeable and hands-on contractor, being on the job site daily, and communicating with the sub-contractors frequently throughout the day, while keeping us updated along the way. We were living in another state while the renovation was going on, but Sean maintained contact and reached out to us if there were any questions or issues. His documentation and billing process for all work was very organized and complete and in compliance with the proposed budget. Because this house was quite old, we did encounter some unexpected issues along the way, but Sean handled them while still attempting to maintain the budget parameters. We enjoyed working with Sean and would never hesitate to highly recommend him as a contractor or utilize his services for any future projects. As we continue to enjoy our beautiful new home, Sean remains an excellent resource and a friend.
